I have to keep deleted and reinstalling app as all I get is a blank white screen with no access to menu items.

Absolutely no functionality. iPhone version you have to close at least 20 times before it will ever let you access the control panel!! Youd think a company this big could code a decent app! Get an effing clue AlarmForce!

Im stuck outside my house because I cannot access my alarm to disarm and my hubby is asleep and not answering his phone. Not a good app. Dont bother with it.

This is absolutely a horrible app. It keeps failing. Ive deleted it and reinstalled it twice and it still either blank screens, doesnt connect to my alarm or doesnt even load. I cant believe that theyre charging extra for this service when it never works. FIX IT DAMN IT.

For the price, yould think the app would work. iPhone 6 gets a consistently blank or white screen. Ive reinstalled the app over and over.

This app never works. I am ticked I am paying for this!!!! Online you show a picture of your app and it looks much nicer. What a misrepresentation of what is actually being provided. We had Vivint prior to this, and THAT is a good, WORKING and user friendly app.

Tired of inconsistencies. Some days the app works great and other days takes 5 min of constantly shutting down the app to get it to finally load. Would also be beneficial if the app alarm panel mirrored the actual panel (have a panic and medical button option). We pay for the service, the app should reflect that (not look like a high school student designed it)

Please fix this app as it will only work when iPhone is connected to wifi I just upgraded to this 3G alarm so I could use the iPhone with it. I was charged 50 for this upgrade plus 2.95 a month extra, you took the 50 very fast, there for I think everything should be working. You need to fix this before I cry breach of contract for not having a fully functional system. There should also be a way to delete the alarm notices, that are in the app its self, gets very annoying going through a long list.

Worked great in the house but as soon as I got to the office the app does not open! Have to open it and close it until you get into the login screen. This is a key selling feature for AF so invest some money in your app!

What is so complicated about this app that it needs 3 or 4 tries to get it to work?

Im very happy with my alarmforce alarm system. This app is disappointing though. I find it glitchy, slow, and pretty basic. This app has so much potential (ex. Notifications of alarm status, more features, more info). I hope it gets updated soon!!!

I had the same problems everyone else has been having---the app not loading properly---just a white screen. I have had no more problems with that if I do not enable the "Remember me" function. Yes, it means putting in my passcode each time, but I dont use it that often anyway, as we have a keypad on the wall inside the door at home. And yes, the app has a bug and should be fixed. But for me it works fine with not enabling "Remember me".

This app is completely frustrating. All you get us a blank white screen after the initial use. Youre customers deserve better.

So much potential, but It rarely if ever works all I get is a white or black screen. What a waste.

Same old story. The will not open at all to arm or disarm. Now I set it off just every time I come home. Maybe they will learn.

The app is working better than it has in years. The panic option should be added to the app though. Its on the panel by the door and is part of your system, why not on the app. The panic option is as important and the arm functions.

Arranged for the incoming email to go to a separate folder in my email account, so that aspect does not bother me. App is buggy though. Sometimes I have to restart the app several times before it will work properly!

After a couple months, my App froze. It showed the same camera live feed regardless of wether or time of day. I can not update events or the camera stream. Additionally, the video is very low resolution, which is ok for long distance monitoring, however, its impossible to identify anyone at the door. The one second video capture is too slow for fast moving people. I would like to see a better resolution camera, and APP to accompany it. Will start looking at other options despite my two year contract.
