AlarmForce Connect App Reviews

To review an event from earlier in the day, you have to scroll through all the events for the day. So, at 11:00pm you want to see an event at 5:00pm, you have to scroll through all the events including waiting for it to load every set of pictures. I liked the old app much better!! Looks nice but not practical.

Remember me setting at log in does not work. After first log in and exit app will not allow you to sign in. Says "server error". You have to delete app and re-install.

They really didnt think this through before releasing it to the public. Here are a few highlights: - You get a e-mail every time the status of your alarm changes. - You can setup other users to use the app however they will also get a e-mail every time the status changes. - If the alarm goes off you DONT get a e-mail. - The appearance of the app menus and rest look like it was done by pre-schoolers. - Other than arm and disarm there is nothing else you can see or do.

The onslaught of emails can get annoying, so its worth making a gmail filter for them but the real bummer is that I can only access my panel half the time. Im constantly getting a "can not connect" error message. Sometimes it starts working. Sometimes it stops. Ive reset my router and my alarm numerous times. Probably going to cancel this part of my service soon. Its very unreliable.

This is the worst looking app ever. If they had just paid someone who knew what they were doing $50 to design it.....Anyway, e-mails are annoying. And here is the kicker....you get an e-mail notification when you turn the alarm on, but no e-mail notification if someone breaks in and triggers the alarm. Also text messages would be much better than e-mails.

This is is a great app. My wife and the neighbours are on the email list and if i get any alerts they all know and react quickly. Its like community thing for us now. Thanks for getting us started Alarmforce.

Ipad, rotation fails to work Blackberry, remember me feature was removed. Need to enter pswd and name every single time

Literally had this app and system for 10 hours and app fails constantly - totally brutal

Please do an update or something for this app. It takes me 4 times to open it before I can set and disarm my alarm. You have to close the app completely and open it again 4 times before it actually works. Not happy with it so far.

App needs to be fixed. It used to work and now I just get a blank white screen when I open the app (9 out of 10 times). What hurts most is Im paying for the right to this feature. Fix it now

You guys need to fix this app. It is so basic that I cant see any reason for it to not open so much. Its not like it has complex graffics or menus. Its the most simpy app going, yet its never works. I will not be paying for this after the 2 months unless you fix it to work when I need it to.

Doesnt work, have to close and open app 6 to 8 times before it works. Im on A 6 Plus. Please fix this app asap

This app is so horrible and frustrating to use - always get a blank white screen , never loads takes sometimes up to 10 times of opening and closing the app to get to the alarm panel .. Please fix !

This app crashes nonstop!!! I have reinstalled it so many times its ridiculous!!! Please this immediately!

Remember me feature does not work at all on any of my Apple devices! Seriously disappointed as you normally strive for perfect service. Please fix this.

I installed application but it is not working. It is always white screen. It is wastage of time. Fix it.

Raking in millions all over western Canada . And cant spare a few hundred to a tech guy to fix this ongoing issue with the app...

This app consistently disappoints. It crashes consistently and when it does work wont allow me access to my panel. And Alarm Force is gracious enough to change me a monthly fee to have this priveledge! Time to get it fixed Alarm Force.

This version is terrible. It crashes and does not load. Called their support and they dont care that their customers cant use it! Frustrating!
