Unreliable Camera App

After a couple months, my App froze. It showed the same camera live feed regardless of wether or time of day. I can not update events or the camera stream.

Additionally, the video is very low resolution, which is ok for long distance monitoring, however, its impossible to identify anyone at the door. The one second video capture is too slow for fast moving people.

I would like to see a better resolution camera, and APP to accompany it. Will start looking at other options despite my two year contract.
