App hardly ever works

I can never set the alarm, disarm or monitor from my cell because the app never works. It always tells me it cannot connect. It worked for 3 weeks and that was it. I liked it when it did work because my hands are always full & dog always trying to run out the door-so setting it once I got in the car was so easy. Please fix the app!!
